Dave Hackney has an extensive background in the Residential home construction field and a love of this design & build, beginning at a young age of 8, watching his father work on building homes.
At that early age, Dave was hooked and found it astounding to see a home developed from ground up. He discovered that passion early and never lost that desire to build and make people’s dreams come true. After briefly studying business administration in college Dave new he had to return to his true passion of building and remodeling homes. Dave has a long career of over 30 years working for various design build companies. Dave knows how to build and worked his way up in companies where he gained an enormous amount of knowledge about home building and remodeling working with design build
contracting companies.
Misty Hargis has been a Realtor/Principal Broker for 17 years and has had experience in flipping homes for the last 7 years. Misty has a passion for real estate and can easily help people envision ways to make their new home the
perfect home. With many repeat customers she can guide clients to their first home, their move up home & their dream home.
In 2023, these two great minds came together to share their love & passion through the development of Dreamscapes 4 You, LLC. Dreamscapes 4 You was developed so we can bring people’s visions and dreams to reality. As a team, Misty’s unique understanding of remodeling and design choices combined with Dave’s ability to build and implement a project for clients from start to finish, brings a vision together that you know and can be confident in that your project is being handled with thoughtful care and quality that you will achieve over the top results for your home.
